Deposits are fully refunded after the rental period, provided the equipment is returned without damage and in accordance with the rental agreement.
Pricing Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for both rental fees and security deposits. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is fully refundable if the jet ski is returned in the same condition as received (reasonable wear and tear excepted). Please note that fuel used during the rental is deducted from the security deposit at the end of your rental. We inspect the rental after each use and process refunds within 7-10 business days.
Can I rent for a custom duration?
Absolutely! We're willing to accommodate custom rental durations beyond our standard 4-hour and 8-hour options. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and get a custom quote.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your rental forfeit 100% of your payment. See our full cancellation policy on the Policies page.
