Deposit Requirements & Refund Conditions

Refundable $500 per jet ski (subject to change)
Accepted payment: credit/debit card or approved digital method
Cash deposits require management approval
Deposits held securely and refunded within 1–2 business days
Refunds issued to original payment method
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture

Physical Damage Risks & Inspection

Collisions, wave jumping, sand ingestion, debris damage
Equipment inspected before and after rental
Charges apply for damage beyond normal wear

Legal Terms

Force Majeure: Refunds may be issued at management's discretion due to uncontrollable events.
Jurisdiction: Governed by Washington State law; disputes resolved in Whatcom County.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the agreement.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to operate a personal watercraft in the State of Washington. I have read and agree to follow all safety rules and rental policies provided by Whatcom Jet-Ski Rentals, LLC.
