Single Jet Ski – $500 (Refundable)
Tandem Jet Ski – $1000 (Refundable)

1. Confirm bookings and reduce last-minute cancellations
2. Protect against monetary loss due to no-shows or late cancellations

4. Provide clear expectations for payment and refund eligibility
5. Create a standardized and transparent deposit process
6. Clarify deposit amounts, payment methods, and refund conditions
7. Build trust through consistent deposit handling

• Refundable $500 per jet ski (subject to change)
• Accepted payment: credit/debit card or approved digital method
• Cash deposits require management approval
• Deposits held securely and refunded within 1–2 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture

• Collisions, wave jumping, sand ingestion, debris damage
• Equipment inspected before and after rental
• Charges apply for damage beyond normal wear

Force Majeure: Refunds may be issued at management's discretion due to uncontrollable events.
Jurisdiction: Governed by Washington State law; disputes resolved in Whatcom County.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the agreement.
